How do I place my order?

Simply choose your style from the drop down menu on the product page then click the “Add To Cart” button and follow the simple steps to complete your order.

We’ll prepare your order and let you know when it's on its way!

I’m so excited to receive my order! How do I check my order status?

Just enter your order information on the Track Order page to track your order status.

I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.

After 24 hours, please be advised that any modifications should be declined.

To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color then specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you!

I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

How does Emerald Blossom operate and offer such incredible pricing?

Emerald Blossom is an online retailer of custom designed apparel. As we supply, print-on-demand and ship our products directly from the source to you, without middlemen putting their mark-ups on our products, you get the highest quality product for an incredible price!

What materials does Emerald Blossom use?

First, we hate crap! We cut on margins to make sure we deliver you high-quality products using premium materials.

All of our products are carefully tested for quality, and we will replace any defective, damaged, shoddy or incorrect products free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for more details.


What type of payment is accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard as well as PayPal.

When will my card be charged?

As soon as your order has been placed successfully.

What is your store currency?

We support 140 currencies. You will have the option to convert your currency to USD if you wish via the drop-down menu in the top right corner of any of our pages.


Emerald Blossom adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you pay and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted in transit using secure gateway layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for payment processing. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not stored thereafter.


When can I receive my package?

Each item on Emerald Blossom is individually painted for you, and it takes us 2 to 10 business days to ensure your order is as expected before shipping.

Can I track my package?

A tracking number will be emailed to you a few days after your order is placed. If you have not received your tracking number within the timeframes below, please contact our helpdesk support team here and we will be happy to assist!

Please note:

It can take up to 24 hours for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.

For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves the country of origin. Then no further follow-up.

I never received my package, what should I do?

If your item is not delivered within 45 days after placing your order, contact one of our curators through the Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!

International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged or customized when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price and shipping charges. These fees vary from country to country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

*Shipping to the following countries may take more than 50 days for some products:

South Africa, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania and French Polynesia.

Important note for all orders shipping to Mexico, all countries in Africa and South America

Please note that all orders are shipped to Mexico and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde,...) and countries in South America (Peru, Chile, Argentina, etc.) takes 2-3 months to arrive due to delays from customs and local post office.


I ordered the wrong size or color, what should I do?

For any changes within 24 hours of placing your order, go to the MY ORDER section above this page for more details.

Because all items on Emerald Blossom are painted each order, we cannot exchange your product. However, your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do our best to find a solution that makes you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.

I am not satisfied with the product quality, what should I do?

If you don't love your product, we will recall it! All of our products are carefully tested for quality and we will paint another one for you. Please see our return and refund policy for more details.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We apologize for any inconvenience and we are happy to help you immediately by offering a free replacement order.

I have a great design, can I send it to you and draw it on the product?

Product Information

We try to ensure the sizing between all of our styles is as true to size as possible. That being said, our styles vary in material so there may be some differences in sizing once our shoes are worn in. If you're still unsure, reach out to one of our fit specialists through our contact form for some personalized advice.

Our limited edition colors receive a seasonal refresh 2 times per year. To make sure you're always in the loop when new colorways are in the mix, watch our Instagram and Facebook pages!

Some of our styles are Limited Edition colorways. These styles are made in small batches but refreshed seasonally. These styles are not restocked after they are sold out – sorry to say!

If it’s a classic style that caught your eye, hold tight - we’ll replenish those! You can find out when the pair you’re looking for will be back in stock by reaching out to us!

1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.

2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.

3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean.

4. Allow shoes to air dry and voila!

Order Information

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and Australia. We're hoping to expand to other countries in the future. If you have a special order you’d like to place with us just contact our team and we can try to pull some strings!
