Return & Refund policy

All items, except customized or personalized items (see below) purchased from Emerald Blossoms carry a full 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item to us for a full refund.

Because all of our paintings are handmade and often custom ordered, so minor or subtle changes may occur with your painting. Your painting may not be exactly the same as the picture you made the order from. It will be nearly identical, but not exactly the same. What we can promise is our quality of work we deliver on, and it will be a beautiful painting as you expect.

Customized or Personalized Items

Customized or Personalized items cannot be returned for exchange or refund unless the item is defective when received. 

Exchanging Items

Please note that we can only exchange an item free of charge once. Any subsequent exchanges for that item will incur a 60% re-stocking fee based on the original cost of the item.


Returning Items

Returned items must be as new. There must be no sign of use such as scratches or dirt. All original item packaging and boxes must be included in the return shipment. You will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us unless the item you received is defective, in which case we will cover the cost of the shipment. Shipment of any exchanged items back to you is free of charge.



Order modification or cancellation


Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request an order modification or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has gone into production and can no longer be modified.


Order is damaged/incorrect


At Emerald Blossom, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive damaged or incorrect product. Thankfully it is quite unusual! However, if that's the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering free replacement orders or refunds for affected items.

All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, or damaged area of the item. Please contact us via email at Support@emeraldblossoms.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replace or refund you!


Order not received


If your item is not delivered within 45 days after placing your order, please contact through our Contact Us page to order a free replacement or get a full refund on your purchase. (Please note that this policy does not cover errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)


Please note: Items in used condition are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. New and unused items that have been successfully received by a customer within 60 days are eligible for return or exchange. After 60 days from the date of receipt, refunds and exchanges will no longer be accepted.
