1. Our 60-Day Return Policy
We accept return requests within 60 days from the date of delivery. Returns are only eligible if the item is defective or if the return is due to an error on our part.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must meet the following criteria:
They must be in their original, pristine condition.
They must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
They must have all original tags and packaging intact (where applicable).
Please note: Gift cards are non-refundable.
3. How to Start a Return
Initiate Your Request: Please send an email to emma.emeraldblossoms@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - Order #[Your Order Number]". In the email, state the item(s) you wish to return and the reason. For defective items, please attach clear photos so we can assist you more efficiently.
Await Instructions: Once your request is approved, we will reply within 1-2 business days with detailed instructions and our return address in the United Kingdom.
Dispatch the Item: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit during their return journey.
4. The Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, we will send you an email to confirm its arrival.
If the item meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed. The funds will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Please note that the original shipping fees paid for the order (if any) are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest and most efficient way to exchange an item is to:
Follow the return process for the item you currently have.
Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the desired item.
6. Order Cancellations
You have a 24-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. Please contact us immediately. After this period, your order may have already entered the production phase and can no longer be cancelled.
