Refund policy

At Emerald Blossoms LTD, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.
Below is our return and refund policy:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • You have 60 days from the delivery date to return or exchange an item if it is defective.
    Please provide images of the defective product and send them to our customer support email: emma.emeraldblossoms@gmail.com for timely assistance.
    Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges beyond this period.
  • All returned items must be in their original condition. We do not accept used, damaged, worn, or unclean products.
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and you may choose any shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation & Refunds:

  •  You have 24 hours after placing an order to cancel or modify order details, such as the shipping address or product information, by emailing us.
  • Once an order is processed, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.
    If your order qualifies for cancellation, we will issue a full refund within one business day.

Return Process:

  • Contact us at emma.emeraldblossoms@gmail.com with your return reason/exchange request and refund. We will provide return instructions and inform you of the refund value.
  • Once approved, send us the tracking number of the returned package.
  • Upon receiving the package, we will inspect the item. If everything is in order, we will proceed with:

          + Exchange: You will receive a discount coupon to reorder another product while still being eligible for a refund.

          + Refund: The refund amount will be credited back to your credit card.

          + After receiving the returned package, we will initiate the refund process. Please allow a few days for the refund to reflect.
