At Emerald Blossoms LTD, we are committed to providing a clear and reliable shipping experience. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, production timelines, and delivery estimates.

1. Order Production & Processing Time

Many of our unique items are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality and craftsmanship. As such, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to produce, process, and package your order. This period excludes weekends and public holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a subsequent notification email once it has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We proudly offer international shipping. To provide you with the best value, our products are shipped directly from our trusted production partners in China.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $8.95 USD applies to all orders under $140 USD.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders with a total value of $140 USD or more.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active and update on the carrier's system.

If you have not received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at emma.emeraldblossoms@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.

4. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Emerald Blossoms LTD is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order upon its arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). These charges are determined by the destination country's customs office.

5. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address.

  • If you realise you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at emma.emeraldblossoms@gmail.com. We will do our best to amend the details before the order is dispatched.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
